22.01.2022 Anyone hoping to be selected to apply for a Skilled Independent 189 or Family Sponsored 489 visa as a computer network professional should note Occupational Ceilings have been met for 2016-2017 migration programme year for the following occupations: Computer Network Professionals (Computer Network Systems Engineer, Network Administrator and Network Analyst Anzsco 263111-263113) Also "Other Engineering Professionals" (Anzsco 233911-233916 and 233999) This means you will not ...be selected to apply for these occupations until at least 1 July 2017 when Occupational ceilings will be reset. Interestingly 9345 places have been allocated for electricians for this migration year and only 153 of these places have so far been allocated Most probably this is due to the tough licensing training required of overseas trained electricians. If you are interested in migrating to Australia please email your CV stating your age, work experience and qualifications and level of English to [email protected] for a free assessment See more

10.01.2022 If you are applying for a visa IN Australia and about to go onto or holding a BRIDGING VISA A please read!! Anyone who has applied onshore in Australia for a visa must be aware of the importance of applying for a bridging visa B before travelling overseas. I spent hours and hours this week trying to get a couple back into Australia after they booked a holiday to Bali and were not holding a bridging visa B Unfortunately they didnt tell me until the day before they left that ...they had booked a much wanted holiday and it has turned into their biggest nightmare because Immigration refused to grant them a bridging visa B late on Friday afternoon. They ended up paying for an extra 5 weeks accommodation, and had to rebook and repay for flights!! They could not believe Australia treated them so harshly but this is the price for not abiding by the rules. There are times when i cannot believe Australia treats people this way but it does and Immigration said to me this kind of thing happens all the time! So please everyone applying in Australia check if you need to apply for a bridging visa before you leave Australia See more

04.01.2022 This is my assistant Roxanne Butler and I having our last team meeting at Paddock Bakery Burleigh this morning before my trip to the UK tomorrow ... If anyone has any questions over the next few days as I travel please contact Roxanne at [email protected] and I will be in touch as soon as possible.

04.01.2022 Today I had a permanent visa granted that took a huge fight! Thankfully I was able to argue and quote the law for what I believed to be right, and we won the case!!! Im so glad the client didnt represent themselves in a case like this. If they had the application would have been refused and it would have cost the client a lot of money. The moral of the story is even if it looks a straight forward case (like this one did originally) you could get a very difficult case officer. If you think you can apply for a visa and migrate without an agent think again. Immigration are becoming much tougher in their approach to visa applications these days and it is best to use a good registered migration agent

04.01.2022 From this week, Australias migrant community will be deeply impacted by Government changes.

02.01.2022 A small win, but well enjoy what we can :) "The Turnbull government will scrap its controversial changes to parent visa sponsorship rules to prevent an impending Senate defeat"
