25.01.2022 4 INGREDIENT PEANUT BUTTER CUPS 80G Lindt 70% dark chocolate 30g coconut oil 80g peanut butter ... 30g vanilla protein (1.5 scoops) Method: - melt half of the choc and coconut oil and put in 8 mini patty pans -place in freezer for 15 mins - in the mean time mix together protein and peanut butter - roll in balls and press onto choc - melt the rest of the coconut oil & dark chocolate and pour on top - freeze for around 1 hour - enjoy!!!

Recipe: 2 cups of whole meal self-raising flour cup of rice malt syrup tsp salt fresh Lemmon juice (about 2 tbl spoons) 1 cup milk (I used almond milk) cup of coconut oil melted 1 tsp corn flour 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup @noshufoods sugar free white choc chips 1 cup and a bit of frozen raspberries Method: Pre-heat oven at 180 degrees C Put everything in a large mixing bowl except for white choc & raspberries and stir til combined Fold in white choc & raspberries and place in pre lined cupcake/muffin tin! Have you ever seen a person who is genuinely happy and successful that put people down? ... No the reason being is that people who are focused on themselves, their success, and their happiness do not have time to care about you. People who are haters only hate because they are not happy with who they are, they are hurting so much inside that the only way to make themselves feel better is to put others down. I honestly just feel sorry for them. 2. You only get a limited amount of time in life. Life is too short to worry about what Karen thinks about you. Make your life count, live your absolute fullest life and chase those dreams, don’t let anyone stop you are the only person who matters! 3. You aren’t gonna please everyone it’s impossible... so you are better off being yourself and being loved by the people who matter most rather then pretending to be someone else and not truely embracing yourself and your amazing qualities! Haters gonna hate so just live your best life and do you boo! 4. What’s the worst that can happen? Is a question you should ask yourself all the time! It will really change your outlook on life! As you all know I do arbonne, so many people have told me not to do it that it is a scam that it preys on financially struggling women. If I listened to them and cared what they thought, I wouldn’t have started this amazing business that has helped me become the best version of my self which is much more important than the $$$. When I joined I thought to my self what’s the worst that can happen? I get great discounts on amazing products that are non-toxic, vegan and cruelty free????
