Who knew you could get sucha good feed, befitting for winter. Don’t you also love the fact that each bowl of ramen comes with the big wooden spoon thingy. This one specifically is called ‘Otama’. It was originally used for udon and soba, but people started using it for ramen too. Did i also mention the grilled salmon was sooo delicious too? Such a well compliment to a great bowl of ramen. This time, instead of the beef don, I decided to try their ramen. I’m not too sure why, but I decided to go for the spicy one (maybe because I’ve always thought that Japanese spicy wasn’t too spicy). This ramen though was covered with a thick layer of chilli oil on top. It wasn’t too bad, but I think next time I’ll definitely go for a non spicy one. The ramen itself was delicious though, very flavoursome and rich, although it was a bit more on the spicy side. The noodles were also very chewy and delicious.
