15.01.2022 I broke up from my partner and it wasn't a nice break-up. Afterwards I really found it difficult not seeing my kids regularly and I even got stopped from seein...g them for many months on 2 separate occasions. This made me feel depressed and upset. Maybe you can relate to this feeling? The medication I was given for depression was not helping. And the therapy sessions just left me feeling like I was dog chasing it's own tail. Nothing seemed to be working. So I went looking for other ways to deal with my emotions and how I could get back to being the best Dad I could be for my kids. Now life couldn't be better because finally took responsibility for my own mental state and I studied a combination of a number of very powerful techniques. I realised that more Dad's need to know these tools. I knew so many of my mates, who were also struggling because they were trying the same old, ineffective ways, like I previously had. 12.01.2022 Remember people stay strong because when we are going through some shit it is only on a small scale compared to our entire life time. Focus on what we do ha...ve and give gratitude, this has been scientificly proven to reduce our cortisol (stress hormone) and give us our happy chemicals(dopamine) If you say you can't like I use to, then that is only by choice. And we all can choose to change, right?
