22.01.2022 PLEASE SEE BELOW MESSAGE FROM NBJMCC REGARDING THE POSTPONEMENT OF THE BRISBANE CUP NORTH BRISBANE CUP To All Riders, Parents, Pit Crew and Sponsors. The North Brisbane Junior Motorcycle Club has had to make an extremely hard call today in postponing this Saturdays North Brisbane Cup meeting. ... This is due to the pending wet weather conduction's forecast from Friday to well into next week. The Club is sorry for the inconvenience but feel this is the best decision in view of so many of our riders have long distances to travel. At this point in time we have not got a new date to advise but will be working on this over the next few weeks and let all know as soon as possible. We are sorry again for any inconvenience and would like to wish all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year and look forward to seeing you all then. See more

21.01.2022 Update: Cancelled due to wet weather With this Saturday’s Brisbane Cup postponed we are going to try and hold one last practice for 2020 weather permitting. Practice will run from 10.00am -2.00pm. No canteen so bring your drinks.... Cost $25 and includes sausage sizzle! Thanks to Ben Pearce and Zac Afeaki for offering to help out this weekend. We will make the call on Saturday morning so keep your eye on the page and hopefully we can get together for a few laps and laughs for one last time in 2020. Matt

21.01.2022 Hi all So our presentation day isn’t far away! For catering purposes and numbers we thought we would let you know what food will be provided on the day. Meal options are:... Homemade Lasagna with chips and salad OR Chicken Nuggets and chips Various snacks, ice creams and cold drinks STRICTLY NO BYO!!!! Alcohol can be purchased at super cheap prices!!...... 5 x Beers for $5 4 x Sprits for $10 5 x Wines for $10 IMPORTANT If you could let us know your meal preferences for your whole family in the comments below. Also if you or a family member are vegetarian or has any food intolerances please let us know. Please remember your push bikes to ride on the track, swimmers, towels (we will have sprinklers to help everyone cool off!) Feel free to bring a water gun too!

07.01.2022 ATTENTION MEMBERS Its time for us to relax and have some fun!! Parents, it's your turn to show the kids you know what your talking about Join us for our AGM and Family Fun Day. ... 28112020 In conjunction with the City of Gold Coast and MQ, the Committee is pleased to provide the rare opportunity for parents and primary care-givers to participate on the day. Of course, with safety being our top priority, there are some minimum requirements that must be met to participate: Must be a MHJMCC member Be the primary caregiver of a junior MHJMCC rider Have the correct safety gear with a minimum of helmet (must be in date and able to pass scrutineering, boots, pants and jersey, gloves, goggles and a full length back protector Have a bike that passes safety scrutineering and be within acceptable noise levels (This could be one of the kids bikes ) Indicate by replying to this post, an expression of interest to participate so we are able to get an idea on numbers The day will consist of novelty style on-track events with a huge prize pool up for grabs. All junior riders must be endorsed on the bikes they are riding. Entries will be on the day however expressions of interest for parent riders are requested. Noise and bike restrictions will apply. Normal Club Day entry fees will apply and families must attend AGM to ride. Sign-on and scrutineering will open at 7.00am, rider briefing to be held at 8.30am, the AGM will be held at 9.00am with the on-track activities to get underway following the AGM. Canteen facilities will be available on the day

06.01.2022 PRACTICE WILL FINISH AT 3.00 PM SHARP THIS SATURDAY. Hatcher's wouldn't survive without the help and support of our local council, local businesses, our valued members (of course!) and also our neighbours/members of the local community. Our club has the opportunity to give a little back this Saturday by supporting a little champion in his dream to ride his motorbike on a real track. This little champ has Autism and requires a closed track to achieve his goal.... Of course, this is weather dependant Thanks for your understanding and support team!

05.01.2022 FIRST AIDER'S Sometimes things don't quite go as planned... If you have a current first aid and CPR certificate we would like to hear from you!... To run practice and track hire days we are required to have First Aider's available. To ensure we are compliant with these rules we would like to create a database to ensure we are covered at all practice and track hire events. If your training is current we would love to add you to our list. Please DM the club with your certificate details including the expiry date and we will add you to the list. TIA Legends
