25.01.2022 Got outside tonight with the 6.30pm class! Great evening to exercise! Hills with shoulder taps/mountain climbers combo!

24.01.2022 New office view! Group exercise classes now live streaming on Zoom. Monday to Friday - 6.30am, 9am and 6.30pm. Saturday 6am and 9am. If you want to join, let me know!

21.01.2022 All classes are running as normal with all the current guidelines considered: 1. Please wash your hands before and after class 2. Keeping a distance from each other and no handshaking 3. When sneezing please use a new tissue and discard immediately or sneeze into your elbow! 4. If you are feeling unwell, stay home and get better quick ... I am designing the classes to respect the current situation and I am constantly cleaning equipment and floors. I do please ask to use a towel if perspiring and wipe down equipment after use!
