11.10.2021 After almost 3 years in the Gardens our 4:30 class has come to an end. Thanks to everyone who came along and a special mention to those who did the 'dirty double' throughout my time in the gardens. So many good memories!

16.09.2021 Congratulations to Prasad! For the second time this year he has claimed the client of the month award. This time for April. He managed to attend 5 classes despite another month of my own personal sickness and rain getting in the way. Well done to our two time champion. Look how happy he is!

31.08.2021 Congratulations Kerry! Kerry is our client of the month for March. In a month where my own personal sickness and rain forced the cancellation of many classes, Kerry still managed to attend 6 classes and verbally abuse me in every single one ;)
