20.01.2022 And it was bloody brilliant! Only did 1 set today - = # # ... Adding 15kg every week in order to pull a new #weightPB by the end. What do you think builds a heavier and stronger 1RM? You can't go in and hit 3x2's every week and expect to progress high reps build low reps, they suck but hey if your goal is worth it and you love strength progress then you will do it. Once you learn to follow constructive programming that "constructively" predetermines the performances you need to achieve on a weekly, through weight and reps in order to compound progress, you will progress consistently Mvpfit.com.au [email protected] DM See more



18.01.2022 Progressed basically on everything leading up to deads, but did not get what I wanted on deads... could have been coz of RDL PB's, but either way, shall look to next week. : - = - = ... : - = - = I did try 250kg after set 1 of deads, but no go, & tried 240kg x2 but x1 rep moved way too slow. Went to town on RDL'S and didn't have enough on deads. Confident I will get some good progress soon though, +1 more rep would have been +8kg on my max, so just got to stay at it and I will tip it over. Just not quite there yet. 05.01.2022 My lower back has been feeling tight and enflamed from my si joint being out of place. Nothing serious but didn't squat like I wanted to... I really wanted to squat... but just did not feel like a smart idea. If you ever have any issues that just don't feel right to lift, best to work around, find the issue and remedy it, and come back to train another day. So i decided to hit the hack squats due to the reduced pressure on my lower back. ...
