25.01.2022 It's taken me a little while to find my resilient, creative spirit and that's fine - I've learned the hard way that I can't rush it or fake it Like so many of the little guys out there, my small business is in flux. It seems doubly shitful that our beautiful new space can't celebrate the triumphant opening it deserves Still, there is hidden joy in making time to connect, taking a minute to slow down and this rad renaissance of community and supporting local ... I'm open for commissions, I have pieces available for sale on my site and @ponyclub and I are dropping a very cute merch collab very soon x

24.01.2022 I'm going to post a new work each Sunday and auction it off in the comments. I'll pick a different NFP or charity org each piece and donate at least half the proceeds (more if the bids gets out of hand!) . . I think it's a good way to stay relaxed, nurture creativity, keep exploring, keep paying it forward and helping to get more legends like you involved in something good .... . This week is a fabulous vintage railway map framed in hardwood kindly donated by @veganzoe_ with explicit instructions to do exactly this. Good on ya Zoe! It's BEAUTIFUL . . Donations will go to @deadlyconnections a NFP (aboriginal community led) working to break the cycle of trauma and disadvantage due to the over-representation of Aboriginal people in the child protection and justice systems. Get ready for Melbourne's first weightlifting and strength gym x custom design workshop. There'll be event space, gallery space and I'll even have a cute little retail shop to go along with @ponyclubgym 's new digs ... Here's to being present and acknowledging moments. 10.01.2022 At the end of last year @niqueclothing and I did a rad thing together I designed a printed tee to help raise money for @headspace_aus, hung some work in their Melbourne stores and gave their windows a little paint All in the name of feeling those feelings. Awesome. Thanks mates! @ Nique

10.01.2022 Suzanne first messaged me when I was starting out painting and making in my garage. She was the first customer I felt a real bond with and it thrilled me, not just because someone so far away was so excited about my work, but because it opened up this cool idea of connecting with humans and a merging of my creative and professional lives. . . What I find truly gratifying is that it's the personal connection which informs my work. Getting to know what makes people tick. A reve...lation which would lead me to my first solo exhibition and an exploration and celebration of mental health and art making . . Thanks Suzanne and congratulations on locking down your human. 05.01.2022 TLDR these 3 prints are now available to buy from @signedandnumbered After my solo show last year I was approached by Laura from the illustrious @signedandnumbered (obvious legend) to do a run of prints. RADDDD! I decided that the frames HAD to be included and that I wanted people to frame a framed print. They make me giggle, I love their uniqueness and it’s a real personal milestone to have prints available. It feels like a big boi art move ... Printed on beautiful textured, archival paper by @houndandbonestudio and available in A3 and A2 sizes. A great (and inexpensive!) option for all those people who wanted a memento of the show Head to @signedandnumbered to get yours, support me and support fantastic local businesses. You all rule.
