21.01.2022 To my dear guests, I would like to say thank you to all local people and return customers caring for our restaurant. Since the Main Street constructions began I have felt more people try to support us by carrying themselves to my restaurant door step. Unfortunately as global citizens we are facing health problems now. We want to have as safe an environment as possible, so from this week we are reducing our guest numbers from the normal 35 to 25 per seating in a small effort ...to be conscientious of the health of our staff and for the public. Therefore the booking times will not be as flexible as before and Some existing bookings unfortunately have to be cancelled or re-scheduled. I hope that guests will enjoy my dish and forget for one moment these issues we face. I am so grateful for the chance to give something back to the community, hopefully these bright young minds will take it with them on their life’s journey. I’m happy to say we re-open on Friday 22nd May. I’m still standing, and my team stick with me, the increasingly grey-haired chef. They have the organic family and could be enjoying their corona holiday, but they keep showing up for me every day, facing the challenge of bringing the best quality takeaway degustation for all our guests. These are true professionals. Sorry, still no pay rise People whom never been inside the restaurant tried my food for the first time, whether meaning to or not.
