18.01.2022 Christmas Specials. Boxed lamb on trays only $10/kg for half or full lamb options. Lamb dressed weights vary. You will receive the weight ticket from the abattoir usually between 22-28 kilos each, we then times that by $10/kg. So a 22kg dressed lamb will be $220 for a full lamb or $110 for the half box option. Pickup from Every Day Gourmet in Wang. Order before Monday the 30th NOV for collection around the 10th DEC depending on demand.

10.01.2022 We've had a few enquiries what a full lamb or a side of lamb looks like. Here is an example of a full lamb box. This one was 24kg dressed so $240 @ $10/kg on normal trays or an extra $1 per tray for vacuum packed. The side of lamb option is simply half. Thanks for the interest. MLC

02.01.2022 Here's another example of a full lamb. This one was a little smaller 21.6kg so $216. This customer preferred leg roasts on the bone rather than butterflied and also rolled roasts rather than more chops. These are also vacuum packed so an additional $17. cheers MLC
