22.01.2022 With a cracking warm day today... this evening will be perfect to make the most of it and get down to Barefoot Bowls tonight!! With no more than $10 for dinner and green fees plus $3 beers or $5 mixed drinks you will be in for a cheap relaxing night. Clubrooms will be open at 5:30. Don't forget it's a changed format this year with no set teams and matches just bowl when you when and how you like with anyone you like.

21.01.2022 This Saturday at Milawa sees our undefeated on top of the ladder Mens Pennant team take on Benalla BC. With a strong team in the boys are confident in taking full points. Also on Saturday is social bowls starting from 1pm. Come on down for a game, cool drinks and to support the boys!!

13.01.2022 Sorry for being a bit slack of late. Hope everyone enjoyed their christmas and new year holidays. Just a message to let everyone know barefoot bowls will not be running tonight due to the club tournament this weekend. Because of the weather the club wants to keep the facilities and green in good condition.

12.01.2022 After a great start to the year with one win and a bye. The mens pennant team takes on Moira (Benalla) this weekend at Milawa. Pop in for a look and some cool drinks or if you would like to have a roll social bowls is starting from 1pm the same time as pennant bowls. Go Milawa!!

05.01.2022 Congratulations to our newest Pennant player Lynn Allan on her first game yesterday. Was a great result for the team taking the full 14 points on offer and a 20 shot margin from Mansfield. The team sits on top of the ladder unbeaten after 3 rounds.

05.01.2022 Okay everyone it's friday so that means barefoot bowls tonight. If you are like myself and need a few drinks to cool down after the warmer days come down for a drink or 10!! The green is in perfect condition.

04.01.2022 Don't forget barefoot bowls is on again tomorrow night. As you can see it is for young and old with Joe sending down one with Koda in his arms. We have been getting great numbers and everyone is enjoying themselves with a few cold drinks and jokes whilst bowling.

04.01.2022 Congratulations to Tom Simpson on playing his 250th Mens Pennant game for the club saturday. A remarkable achievement at 91 after starting with the club in 1981. Playing our arch rival Moyhu at home the boys gave Tommy a day to remember with a massive 100 to 51 shot win to cement our spot further on top of the ladder.

02.01.2022 Ripper afternoon to get down to barefoot bowls tonight. Hot weather, $3 ice cold beers, $5 ice cold scotch and udl's as well as other mixed drinks, $10 for bbq and green fees, cricket on the tv sounds like a perfect friday night to me!!
