24.01.2022 Emerging from day 2 of opening our new bakery at Harris Farm Albury.It is an understatement to say that we have been absolutely overwhelmed by the love that we have received. Thank you to Matthieu the baker extraordinaire,Steve the pastry superstar,Julie & Linda my rocks,Rebecca my front French side kick,our juniors:Christina,Olivia and Anika. Also all the bakers at Milawa:Amit,Joanne,Matt,Jake and Ash. And of course Adam my lovely husband with his crazy ideas .

Nina has been with the Milawa & Co family since December 2018 and has been a real asset to our #familybusiness. When COVID19 & lockdowns started Nina went above & beyond to ensure our #milawapastries orders were met as we commenced #homedelivery. Our pastry production pretty much doubled in this time due to #onlineordering and our wonderful customers #supportinglocalbusiness and Nina always came in with a smile on her face and just got it done.
