With one smile Emily could light up a room and her infectious laughter echoed through the studios. So many beautiful memories of this special human, not only was she kind gentle and caring to the core she was a graceful creative and talented dancer respectful student and a roll model for younger students. ... 09.01.2022 Way way back in term 1, I ran a little competition to give away this lovely Bloch make-up/accessory bag. The students had to write about dance. Whatever they wanted. It could be a poem, a letter, a story. I am pleased to announce that Isla Tiley is the winner! Its a bit hard to read so here it is. It definitely bought a tear to my eye. Congratulations Isla Thankyou for such a beautiful heartfelt letter Wont it be wonderful when we can finally dance together x Dear ...Mrs Kennedy, I love to come to dance because I look forward to stepping on that studio floor and dancing up a storm. The Ballet Guild is my happy place. If Im sad, I dance. If Im scared, I dance. But I also love my motivating, hard working teacher Mrs Kennedy! I love also that you never say never, you push us up to our standards and I think that you put on an amazing show. The Ballet Guild are so lucky to have a teacher like you. Dancing is my passion. It is my favourite thing to do. I love doing tap by making loud noises with my feet. Jazz is a fun dance, you just let loose. I LOVE DANCE!!!! I love to do tap, its like I have singing feet.
