24.01.2022 Just a reminder that the Club Singles Championships are being held next Saturday 7th November sign up sheet at Club or enter on line. Normal doubles play will be held for those not wishing (or able) to play singles. Premier League will also not be held.

23.01.2022 Members this is a reminder that the MLTC Doubles Championships are on next weekend 28th November! Sheets are up at the Club. If entering on line just leave a comment even if you do not have a partner. The Captains are happy to pair people up if you do not have a partner we are hoping to have everyone playing in the Championships.... If play is not possible because of heat (decision to be made at 12.30 pm), the Doubles Championships will be rescheduled .

20.01.2022 MEMBERS PLEASE NOTE We are still trying to sort out a date for the Doubles Championships to be held some time in the new year! Only two more weeks of playing before the Christmas break. As per tradition we will be having the hamper raffle and are asking members to please donate something to fill it up with. Saturday 19th we will have a BBQ after tennis hope you can all stay and share the love.

19.01.2022 SENIOR COMPETITION PLAYERS!! Members please note. Due to predicted high temperature tomorrow SENIOR sectional tennis has been cancelled. I have contacted by text those that had their names on the sheets.... Courts will be available in the morning if you wish to have a hit! For future reference we would like to gain your interest should high temperatures be forecast again. Would you be in favour of playing at 9 or 9.30 Saturday mornings instead? We have left our run a bit late this week but your feedback would be appreciated. Thank you. You may comment here if you like and I can pass on to the Men’s and Ladies Captains for future reference!

17.01.2022 Just a reminder that our AGM is going ahead this Saturday at 1.30. I would also like to remind all that Saturday is the last day for early bird discounts. It is also the last day for non members playing at the member rate. Visitors will apply after this Saturday if you are not a member. Thanks and see you all there!

05.01.2022 Recently the Mildura Lawn Tennis Club had the pleasure of hosting some members from MDAS in support of their family violence incentive. 16 Day’s of activism for Family Violence. We would like to share with you some of the pictures from that day. www.mdas.org.au... Mallee District Aboriginal Services would like to acknowledge all the Traditional Aboriginal tribes along the rivers in the Mallee and District area and on whose land we work and live as the first people of this Nation. We also pay respect to all Elders past and present and to honour their culture.
