13.01.2022 Dear Sunraysia Community, I like many small business operators throughout our region have been hit hard by the Covid-19 pandemic. Mildura Adelaide Passenger Service operated by Tambray Coaches has fought hard to survive since services ground to a halt back in March. Now the struggle is real. Unfortunately the slow easing of restrictions within Victoria has had NO effect on this service. Your Mildura Adelaide Passenger Service WILL NOT be able to resume services until ALL bord...er restrictions between South Australia and Victoria are lifted. Prior to March this business was being well patronised, so much so the demand saw the purchase of a larger, full appointed coach to operate this service. Since March I have kept my business in hibernation relying on Loan payment pauses, Jobkeeper, State and Federal government grants along with the small Working Capital that I had built up in my short time in operation. The Loan Payment pauses were never going to last forever and they have now come to an end in my case. While I am working hard to have these pauses extended there is no guarantee that this will be the case. The lowering of Jobkeeper now is also going to have a major effect on the survival of my business. Brett Hewitt is a very close friend of mine and has set up this GoFundMe page to help Tambray Coaches survival. He along with so many other great friends have seen the stress of trying to keep my dream afloat is having on me. I am a very lucky person to have the the support of great Friends, Family and the Community. I am truly humbled by their outpouring of support for me. 04.01.2022 Mildura you deserve it and now here it is. A fully appointed COACH complete with Toilet, Reclining Seats with Foot Rests, Carpet under the seats, Integrated Heating & Cool along with Curtains and Luggage racks. This coach is NOW in service between Mildura - Adelaide - Mildura.
