09.01.2022 To my family and friends in Sunraysia, IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR RESIDENTS OF IRYMPLE, NICHOLS POINT, MILDURA AND SURROUNDS. There are two existing mobile phone... towers proposed for upgraded to 5G very soon. They are both currently at the submission/objection phase which allows community consultation. These towers are close to IRYMPLE SECONDARY COLLEGE, IRYMPLE KINDERGARTEN, SOUTH MILDURA PRIMARY SCHOOL, SOUTH MILDURA KINDERGARTEN, TRINITY LUTHERAN COLLEGE, homes, local business and park lands. Locations are 785 Koorlong Ave, Irymple and 785-795 Walnut Ave, Mildura (https://www.rfnsa.com.au/). Given that there has been no independent enquiry in to the long term effects on our health, I am genuinely worried about the health and future of our children given the potential side effects from 5G towers. As a community we need to halt the implementation of the 5G network in Sunraysia until members of the public are consulted and a thorough investigation is done in to the health risks associated with the radiation emitted from these towers and small cells. Safety of these emissions must be guaranteed before they are installed. The Sunraysia community has until this Tuesday 26th May 2020, to email their concerns to Emily Wardlaw. Her contact email is [email protected] .The letter attached below can be used and adjusted as you wish. Or just write a simple objection stating there is no scientific evidence of safety to humans from 5G or 4GX technology and therefore you don’t wish for the upgrade to happen until safety can be assured. Stakeholders are the ones funding the research and saying 5G is safe. This was part of a Senate Inquiry in Australia. All we are asking for is truly INDEPENDENT, totally impartial studies testing for biological safety BEFORE rolling out 5G. Both 5G and 4GX technology needs halting until safety can be guaranteed, including existing towers transmitting any upgrades or new builds. Kind Regards Kylie LETTER - Dear Emily Wardlaw, I write in relation to the planned implementation of the 5G cell rollout in our council area of Mildura and Sunraysia. I am aware that wireless radiofrequency (RF) exposure has been linked to immediate and chronic illnesses including cancer, heart disease, infertility and neurological and genetic defects amongst many others.i This is substantiated in over 10,000 peer-reviewed scientific papers,ii including by the World Health Organisation, which classifies RF radiation as possibly carcinogenic (cancer-causing).iii Therefore it is the current rollout of the 5G infrastructure, including new towers/tower upgrades as well as new 4GX/5G small cells/antenna or antenna and cells that will be used for the 5G roll out, which is of great concern to me, due to the amount and type of radiation these will emit, and the detrimental effect this will have on my health, and potentially on other residents of Irymple, Mildura and the Sunraysia area. I refer you to a journal article by Cindy L. Russell M.D., entitled ‘5G wireless telecommunications expansion: Public health and environmental implications’, which provides further information regarding the scope of the 5G network and its public health hazards. In addition, the ‘EUROPEAN EMF Guideline 2016 for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of EMF-related health problems and illnesses’, explains the link between RF exposure and serious human diseases. The opposition to the 5G roll-out is gaining traction in Perth, Australia wide, and other parts of the world. Recently Brussels, Geneva, as well as different States in America, Poland, Nigeria, Switzerland have moved to halt 5G rollouts in their cities due to the effects it would have on the health of its citizens. I urge your company and telstra to consider its responsibility in ensuring the health, wellbeing, and safety of the citizens of Irymple and Mildura. The strongest evidence has impelled international experts to call for an urgent stop to the deployment of 5G technology. This should sufficiently warrant you to take the precautionary principle and to do the same. I am therefore asking you to halt expansion of 5G infrastructure in the city of Mildura and Irymple until further research can verify its safety. Specifically, I am asking that the proposed 5G upgrade for Irymple tower 3498001 and Mildura tower 3500012 not go ahead.
