22.01.2022 Wed 9 Sept submissions close on the August Data Centre proposal requesting exemptions to breach the 16 metre building height limit by 10 metres to 26 metres. If Council wish to hold the line on maintaining Light Industrial zoning then residents simple request is to also hold the line on the prescribed building height restriction. Make a simple submission outlining opposition to the latest proposal based on height concerns. Your voice will make a big difference.... 11.01.2022 Data Centre 26m Amended Proposal v Wall of China 14m Did you know the Wall of China averages 7m with a maximum height of 14m? IN2 - Light Industrial Zoning Height for our Rouse Hill area is 16m and yet the proposed Data Centre proposes a 26m height making it more than 3 times the average height of the Wall of China. THURS 18 FEB The Panel will meet to determine the following development application(s): PPSSCC-66 The hills Shire - DA906/2020/JP, 24-26 Mile End Road, Rouse Hill, Proposed data facility constructed over 4 stages... MEETING DATE / TIME Thursday, 18 February 2021 at Opening Time 12.30pm LOCATION This meeting will be held by public teleconference due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) precautions Relevant documents will be available on the Planning Panels website 7 days prior to panel meeting www.planningportal.nsw.gov.au/planningpanels The purpose of the meeting is to give interested people the opportunity to speak directly to the panel before a decision is made. If you wish to address the panel or listen to this meeting, you must register by contacting the Planning Panels Secretariat before 4pm Tuesday, 16 February 2021 on 02 8217 2060 or via email to [email protected].
