24.01.2022 Tansey Carnival Our first carnival back on the field since Covid-19 all began & it was a great weekend for everyone! Milele Park Moet (Rosebrook Champagne x Riviera Night Opera) had her first weekend on the field & did not disappoint. Moet is one of our first foals on the ground to have the Milele Park name along with her twin embryo, Milele Park Chandon.... We also had the pleasure of watching the Frankcom sisters have their first weekends on their new ponies! Ala rode Rosebrook Kitty who left our stables a few weeks ago while Layne rode Hylux Savannah (aka Blossom) for her first weekend since pinching her off Ala! They both made it to the final where they versed each other & played like superstars. Definitely a fun weekend for everyone

22.01.2022 Barnetts Orlando in action at Tara Polocrosse on the weekend! Chris will be playing him again at the Clifton Polocrosse Carnival (being held at Oakey Showgrounds) this coming weekend

21.01.2022 Far North Queensland Polocrosse Zone A big 4 days away flying to Townsville to coach with the Far North Zone! Richard Alley asked us at the 2018 Perth Nationals if we would come up to coach & we were finally able to make it happen! Thankfully there were no tropical cyclones or covid 19 outbreaks like the first 2 times we had planned to head up to the Far North. We had a fantastic weekend & loved coming to Townsville. All 24 riders were so keen to learn all they could & looked after us more than they needed. We are so thankful for them having us for the duration of the clinic & are definitely making plans to come back in the future (especially when the weather is a perfect 18-25 compared to our 1-13)!

18.01.2022 We love seeing posts like this! Rayjen Park Stud Pop Rock was in our stables long before the name Milele Park came around & was always first on the truck. Rocky was a true gentleman from Chris playing him in the fast paced A Grade right through to Lauren riding him while she was pregnant (to which he would not break out of a trot, even if Lauren tried to make him!). We are so glad to see him go to such a loving home 3 years ago & to be treated like the rock star he is

17.01.2022 Sorry we have been quiet! With a busy few months, we have been a little quiet on the Facebook front. In October we welcomed our newest rider, little Lexie Faith Sillitoe, & since then haven't slowed down. We had some much needed, regular rainfall, & our paddocks are looking the best they've looked in the last 4 years which means there are some very round horses to work!... We had our first throw around on the weekend & have 7 horses back into full work getting ready for the 2021 playing season after only 5 carnivals ran for the 2020 season. More updates to come with coaching weekends at Nebo & Townsville, the first carnival in March & more horses to take to the field! 2021 is going to be a big one

16.01.2022 Sold - Rosebrook Shiraz Thankyou everyone for sharing her poster, Shiraz has now found her new home & will be leaving the MP stables next week. She is off to a great home where we know she will be spoilt while chasing cows & being loved by the whole family

13.01.2022 Nebo Polocrosse Club We drove up to Nebo last weekend for 2 days of horse work with the club in their amazing facilities! Chris lead the way with a lot of horsemanship over the 2 which then rolled into some area work. With such an amazing arena with full lighting, it meant we could wait the heat out & even get into some chukkaa Saturday night! Thanks for having us Nebo Polocrosse Club , it is always a pleasure travelling north to you all!

10.01.2022 We have our very own Rosebrook Diamonte x Berragoon Wings filly () due to drop in early 2021. He is an impressively bred stallion & we cannot wait to see his progeny on the ground at Milele Park!

10.01.2022 Hylux Savannah, Rosebrook Kitty & the Frankcom girls! A few short years ago, we were introduced to the Frankcom girls. Now these girls come from a showing background however after being told many times by Ray how much fun polocrosse is, decided they wanted to give it a go. All it took was one throw around at home & these two girls were hooked! Not long after, they then went on to purchase their first polocrosse horse from us in Hylux Savannah. Savannah, otherwise known as Blo...ssom, is out of Lauren’s old mare Future Babe that took her through juniors before being retired due to a hoof injury. Ala has played Savannah for the last few seasons & has come in leaps & bounds on her & have been a combination to content with on the field, especially when they play the number 3 position! While Ala was riding Blossom, her younger sister Layne started her polocrosse career on Ray’s very much loved & champion mare, Rayjen Park Rosie. Rosie has now retired & Layne has been on the search for her next long term polocrosse pony & as we can see in the photo, has taken a real shine to Blossom, meaning Ala was now on the look out for her next horse. Lauren received a phone call the other day & there was a certain horse that this young girl wanted to play & she was going to do anything she could to have her in their stables. After some heavy consideration & knowing how hard working & deserving Ala is, Kitty has now found her new forever home. Kitty was owned by Hylux Performance Horses who started her in Western Australia before she came to Queensland just over 12 months ago for Lauren to play. This is an exceptional mare who will only get better & grow with Ala & we cannot wait for the 2021 season to come around & see these two take to the field! Congratulations on your new pony Ala, we know she is going to be well looked after <3

08.01.2022 Hylux Bollinger Rosebrook Champagne x Jaylyn Downs McCallum Known at Milele Park as Bolli, this young colt has broken in easily & is showing a promising future. Bolli has just finished another stint of work & is filling out nicely. We are looking forward to him covering some of our mares in the 2021/2022 breeding season.... Bolli is out of Rosebrook Champagne, Lauren's favourite mare, who is also the mother to Moet & Chandon who took to the field last year. 05.01.2022 Barnetts Orlando is looking the goods & is ready to head to Tansey for the first carnival of the main season! He is currently for sale & will be played by Chris on the weekend. We also have to give a big mention to Ben Knight at Australian Stockmans Saddlery for Chris' new saddle. We could not be happier with the service, advice & help from picking out knee pads right through to the perfect fitting seat! This saddle has come up a treat & is sitting perfectly on all our horses. If you or anyone you know is looking for a new saddle, give Ben & the team a call!

04.01.2022 Gold Coast Polocrosse Carnival While we didn't attending this weekend, a few of the horses owned & previously owned & played by Hylux Performance Horses & Milele Park took to the field. Aaron Sillitoe played in the A Grade Mixed on Barnett's Eva up the front throwing goals & are proving to be a good combination after their second weekend together.... We then had Ala Frankcom playing in the D Grade on Rosebrook Kitty. This duo have played every number since Kitty joined their stables & they are only going up from here! Their team came away as Runners Up in the D Grade & the girls also won Best Horse & Rider! Last but not least is Layne Frankcom & Hylux Savannah who played in the junior competition. Their team came away Runners Up after going to extra time this afternoon. I think we have said before what a team these two are & by all reports, they had another great weekend!

02.01.2022 Ala & Layne Frankcom had a successful afternoon on their horses, Rosebrook Kitty & Hylux Savannah, at the Clifton Show yesterday! Layne & Savannah came away with 3rd in the U15 Utility & 3rd overall while Ala & Kitty placed 4th in the Utility & 4th overall in the Over 15-20yo. Both girls (& their horses) looked fantastic & rode very well! Well done girls! We love seeing Kitty & Savannah looking & going so well for both of you
