24.01.2022 Tammy's Tip: Funds and Grants available for Small Business in QLD: QLD Small Business Digital Grants Program (Round 8 TBC) - Funding of up to $10,000 can be provided for businesses to purchase and adopt digital technology/services (i.e. Digital marketing) that will enhance the digital capabilities of the business. Round 8 of this grant has not opened for applications yet, we recommend bookmarking this page and checking back.

07.01.2022 Tammy's tip: If you are looking to take advantage of the First Home Loan Deposit Scheme N.B. there are only 10,000 available for eligible people across Australia. What you may not have known is the first 10,000 is from January 2020 to June 2020. Then from July 2020 it will be open for another 10,000 eligible people which is great. 06.01.2022 Tammy's tip: you might remember my tip from April 2019 about "pay day lenders" such as Cash Converters etc lenders see these as a risk and could limit your lenders if you are looking to borrow money. I just found out that "Zip Pay" is also classified as a "pay day lender" and will show up on your credit file. As far as I know "Afterpay" doesn't but this may change in the future. Keep an eye on this space for updates. Have a great Tuesday

05.01.2022 Tammy's tip: If a lender sees "pay day lenders" on your credit file such as Cash Converters etc they see this as a risk and you will get higher rates or fees. This could limit your lenders if you are looking to purchase a home, car etc. I hope this helps have a great day.
