18.01.2022 We are very proud of our Toddler STEAM program here at Milestones Early Learning North Parramatta, that provides foundational learning as well as the confidence to take on Challenges! Our toddlers room have been exploring the Arts component today. In our 2-3 year room we have an open ended creative art space to facilitate creativity and medium exploration.

07.01.2022 Throughout the week, our little learners have been exposing to various types of yoga including beach, emotions, salutations, spring and garden. Yoga has been shown to improve both physical and mental health in young children. It helps children to improve balance, strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity. By engaging in interactive yoga, children can improve focus, memory, self-esteem, academic performance, and classroom behaviour and can even reduce anxiety and stress in children. It is also proven to be helpful for children with additional needs by improving the core symptoms including inattentiveness, hyperactivity, and impulsivity.
