11.01.2022 A beautiful video about cultural identity. Our kids are of mixed heritage - Malaysian Chinese, Indonesian, Australian. Our extended family is very multicultural and of various religions. Similar to Christina's video we are not fluent in our languages (except for English) and we have been asked on occasion "So, which one are you?", and we simply say "We are all of them". We encourage connection with our cultures through dance, celebrating cultural events, and food. Living in a... very multicultural area, we also encourage them to discover and appreciate their friends' cultures and others around them. How do you teach your kids about culture?

09.01.2022 We've been quiet lately! No doubt about it this year has been a bit of a glitch in the system. It's forced us to do things differently, reconsider our priorities, and realise that life is short. As we head into our third year of doing business, this year forced us to reflect and plan for both our business and family's future growth and potential. Our initial goal was to offer affordable pram, strollers & accessories to Aussie families whilst celebrating the melting pot of cul...tures which makes Australia so unique. We've grown in the last 3 years, reflected and realised our ultimate passion is to seek, discover, support and share businesses which celebrate heritage and culture. Kultura Society was born during the pandemic to create connections between you & Aussie BIPOC-owned small businesses. We hope to build this platform to encompass food, product, & the arts. Here MILIKAI CO, we've appreciated all the support, passion, & enthusiasm for our products over the last 3 years! You have all been amazing & key to our business & personal growth.
