24.01.2022 The house is a 400 year old stone cottage ,which was empty since 1968. The renovation started February 2008, Fred and I finished the plans in November 2007 and was approved by Council in Kozina in February2008. Fred was in Ocizla February 2008 supervising and the water was finally connected to the property with lots of local grappa shared by all the workers. The electrical plans were finished by Fred and early April I left SYD to start supervising and work on the House. Fred had commitments in Australia ,so it was left to me to work on the house, Fred passed away in 23 May 2008 and I finished the House in 2010 with the help of local tradesmen.
