25.01.2022 Last week we visited the art centre, we have been learning more about this season and were able to see some images that were taken by Donald Thompson back in the 1920s. We started painting about Rarrandharr and everything we have learnt so far. We have started to notice the change of season and welcome the rain Dhuluur brings.



22.01.2022 On Tuesday, Mirriwa class came on country and visited a Gathawuu site being built by the senior yawirriny' students. Djamarrkui noticed yua angapa ga Munydjutj meaning dhuwala yua season, Dhuluur. Excited for new fruits and more rain to come. Djamarrkui finished the day with some yummy damper.

04.01.2022 This week, students learnt about some more bush foods Bäwa ga Guurru. How to make Bagurr guwal, as well as keeping all those mosquitoes away with guirr. Senior students finished off with a healthy bush kitchen lesson, focusing on our health and wellbeing.
