15.01.2022 PACKAGING!!! OMG we have had such an increase in cookies & tea arriving crushed & dented (despite careful packaging with reused cardboard)! Have your orders arrived in good condition?? We've decided to start shifting to cardboard boxes instead of our recycled plastic satchels over the coming months. It is more expensive for us, but we hope they will arrive in better condition for you to enjoy them! We'd love to hear what you think & what your experiences with packaging have been?! xox Corryn
