22.01.2022 Do YOU want to upskill in producing...yeah even during a pandemic? We know were in "unprecedented" times within our industry but heres the thing, we need independent producers NOW more than ever as we are "nimble" and can "pivot" and "navigate" our way through this. We need to be able to work with artists to "find a road forward". (did we get all in the buzz words??) Did you know we run an online six-week course doing just that? Its called the Producer Bootcamp and we have had over 80 ahhhmaaazing independent producers already go through the course. If you would like to find out more, drop us a DM here on our page and we will send you all the details.

22.01.2022 Oh yes, we hear you! All we want to do is be allowed to open again. Thats all we want!

15.01.2022 No mention of how this supports independent arts workers. Low-interest loans aint gonna cut it! As for this comment, how out of touch is SoMo FFS! "This package is as much about supporting the tradies who build stage sets or computer specialists who create the latest special effects, as it is about supporting actors and performers in major productions." https://www.smh.com.au//arts-sector-to-share-in-250m-in-lo

15.01.2022 We are running a new series of free webinars for artists with the team at Knox Arts and Events. Check out the links below for topics and registration.

09.01.2022 "Audiences may be rejoicing at the news, but the bums-on-seats business model the industry relies on makes social distancing rules unsustainable. Given that the arts industry was the first to shut down, and will be one of the last to re-open, its future is looking increasingly imperilled" https://www.broadsheet.com.au//sydney-theatre-company-belv

03.01.2022 Yo - who here would like a bunch of new free online classes for artists and producers from MILKE? Comment below with hands up and what topics you would like us to deliver.

03.01.2022 This is covid style theatre. #milkeproducer #melbournefringe

03.01.2022 There is a chain of supply that exists and it is vitally important in feeding the major companies, our international exports and award-winning companies. The through line from youth theatre to drama school, to independent theatre, to main stage or professional film and television, is clear and well-trodden. Without one we do not have the other and excluding a vital part of the sector at this time of need through reduced eligibility scope would be devastating. You simply cant fund the restaurant without feeding the farmer. https://www.theguardian.com//arts-industry-cautiously-welc

02.01.2022 We miss working with creatives, this one is one of the best. Vicky Falconer-Pritchard
