19.01.2022 Please read WA GOVERNMENT COVID CONTACT TRACING The Western Australian Government has announced that particular businesses and venues, including us, will be required to maintain a mandatory contact register of guests and employees from 5 December 2020. Maintaining a contact register is an additional protection measure and one of the most effective ways to control the spread of COVID-19.... Contact registration will commence at Millers Milk Bar from Saturday 5th of December. The Government has released the free SafeWA contact register app, which can be used to scan in via a QR code at each venue. For fast and simple contact registration, we highly recommend that all our patrons download the app prior to attending our venue so that they can sign into the venue digitally. If you do not have the SafeWA app, you will be required to leave your details on our written contact register before entering our venue. The WA government requires us to keep a contact register for ALL patrons aged 16 years and over, including members of the same family or group. The contact register consists of each patrons full name, contact number, date of visit, and time of visit. We are required by law to keep this register for 28 days. Data collected via the SafeWA app will be stored securely by the Government and only be available by authorised Department of Health contact tracing personnel should COVID-19 tracing be needed. Unfortunately, unless you have registered either via the QR code on the app, or written on our register, you will not be permitted to enter our venue. We are required by law to keep a register of ALL visitors aged 16 years and over, and if we do not comply we face being penalised with hefty fines so please help us by being complaint with the new regulations. Please follow this link for more information about the SafeWA app and how to use it. https://www.wa.gov.au//covid-19-coronavirus-safewa-guide-p Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us keep WA Covid Safe.
