25.01.2022 Here is another job we tidied up lately. A shed resurrection. The original shed was built it 1889 according to the fabrication plaque on it. Not a bad run. Would have been there for another 127 years if the white ants didn't find it.

16.01.2022 Here is our CNC plasma cutter hard at work. We have had this machine for a little over two years and it has made our jobs more affordable and professional. It has a cutting capacity up to 32mm thick and can cut Alluminium, stainless, mild steel. We can do anything from transferring a picture into a silhouette, trophies, presents, custom signage, headboards and what ever else you can think of.

15.01.2022 Here is a helicopter fuel and chemical refilling rig we built for a company up in Queensland. We designed and built everything from the ground up, from the underfloor chemical spillage sump, to the stainless steel mixing tanks and stainless steel fuel tanks, right up to the hydraulic fold out landing platform. We dont just do round yards, stables and trays. We love the challenges and diversity of the different jobs that come our way.

15.01.2022 Here is a round yard we finished a little while back at Vantage Hill pre training centre. We fabricated and installed the roof a few years back and then when it came time to replace the portable panels it was only a couple of days and the permanent round yard was finished with 1400 high rubber, 2 meters high rails and an observation stand. We find that being flexible and working together with the client is one of the key attributes that makes Millgate Fabrications stand out.

11.01.2022 Here is a couple of tool boxes we built recently. All 1.6mm zincanneal sheet, fully welded, powder coated satin black, with draws and shelves. All top quality fittings like stainless steel piano hinge and whale tail latches that can be upgraded to central locking at an extra cost. Pinch weld dust and water proofing. They are $2,000 each or both for $3,750.

01.01.2022 Here is a tray we finished off the other day. It has the 3 fold down gooseneck ball option, head board water tank, tapered toolboxes and a little stainless steel splashed about to stop the rub marks and scratches on the fresh powder coating.

01.01.2022 Hey everyone. Been flat out the last couple of months. This is one of the jobs we have been working on. It is a chemical rig for filling helicopters with herbicides and various chemicals, as well as refuelling of the chopper. The rig has all the safety features including harness anchor points, E stops, isolation points,chemical spill reservoirs, chemical resistant non slip flooring, fold out landing pads for helicopter and many more. The rig has been successfully running for three months now and the clients are stoked.
