24.01.2022 Had an amazing time capturing Kayla and Daniel's wedding last Friday - here are just a few as a sneak peek while I work on finishing the whole set :) Thanks to Steven Beck Media - Films, Photography, Media for being so awesome to work with throughout the day - always a pleasure, and Tracey O'Connor for the official stuff - another beautiful ceremony delivered! I've personally witnessed Tony's genuine concern and assistance to people suffering from the Black Dog, some of whom were complete strangers to him, and I'm sure there are many people he has helped that I don't know about. 10.01.2022 Earlier in the week, the ABIA Awards for Victoria were announced, and we are really proud and happy to let everyone know that we placed 5th in an always amazing field of photographers (Y) :D (Y) To all of our couples past and future, thank you so much for your support and confidence, in what has been an incredibly emotional and difficult year for couples and the wedding industry in Victoria alike. Thanks to my beautiful wife Anne for her unwavering support and always being t...here for me, especially when I need to think out-loud about such exciting topics as SEO, and the pros and cons of various marketing tools and strategies. I you Having a full time work-from-home partner isn't always easy, as many partnerships will have learnt this year Indeed, thanks to everyone who supports Millgrove Photography in whatever way - other vendors, suppliers, friends and family - your support is very much appreciated. I'm not sure what was tougher this Winter - dealing with the complete shutdown of weddings in Victoria and having to reschedule an entire year's worth of weddings, or home schooling! :) So on this 9th of October, a quick "well done" from us to all the home-schooling parents and carers out there - we made it! And well done of course to all the kids - you deserve all of your future success. 03.01.2022 Hi everyone! Just letting you all know that for us, it's business as usual. I'm not cancelling any weddings or functions, and I don't intend to unless (or until) the government makes it impossible by banning small gatherings. So if you're one of our amazing couples - can't wait to see you on the day! ... Having said that, we totally understand your decisions based on your (or your family's health). So, if you need to postpone or reschedule, please be reassured that your deposits are 100% good for your new date (assuming we're not already booked), so please keep in touch so that we can pencil bookings in as we go forward, and give you priority. Let's all help each other in this weird situation by keeping things as normal as possible, under what are some strange and trying circumstances.
