18.01.2022 Local clubs and associations are no doubt wondering what the impact to local sport COVID-19 will have, particularly with the governments ban on public events ex...ceeding 500 people. The best course of action is to stay up to date with your state & national sporting bodies position statements and advice. Whilst decisions and positions may vary in each sport, clubs are encouraged to closely monitor their club communications, and regularly visit state/national websites for media releases & updates as any changes may require immediate intervention. In the interim, clubs need to implement good hygiene measures; a common one for sports has been to avoid the use of shared water bottles and handshakes as a start.

08.01.2022 Grateful to have listened to Peter Denahy, a 5 time Golden Guitar winner, at our Soccer Club this afternoon. Gloomy weather couldn’t deter a crowd of enthusiastic fans who enjoyed not only the music but story telling as well.
