Heel elevated BB Squats x10 1b. Lying leg curl x10 2a. Hip thrusts x10 2b. Heel elevated lunges x10ea 3a. Romanian deadlift x10 3b. Leg press x15 3 sets of each superset! Focus on controlled reps & mind muscle connection on each exercise. ENJOY

I am so incredibly proud of each and every one of you guys for how far you have come not only physically, but much more so mentally. THANK YOU for 1 year ago deciding you wanted me to guide you and help you along this journey, and for sicking with me ever since- trusting me, supporting me, believing in me and (mostly) laughing at me. I’m proud to not only call you guys clients, but my friends and even more so my FAMILY. I’m so grateful I’ve had the privilege of being by your each one of your sides and watching you all bloom from the inside out, and can not wait to see where we are 1 year from now. 16.01.2022 REPOST @sophie.skinner Welcome. I can’t even begin to explain the mental and emotional growth that I’ve experienced over the past 12 months. Not only am I physically strong as fuck, but every day I wake up feeling incredible. I never thought I would enjoy working-out, but here I am after a whole year of commitment and I couldn’t picture my life without the gym. Thank you @milliemarshallfitness for teaching me to love myself and enjoy the gym. After years of trying different gyms I have finally found my place... my second home, my family. 15.01.2022 CLIENT SPOT LIGHT . Alright, this lady deserves some huge appreciation, and I’m sure you have no doubt why. JUST LOOK AT HER! .... Meg, my gosh it’s been an absolute privilege to have watched you absolutely transform from the girl who first walked into the gym in August last year. Every single session you bloomed that little bit more, until you reached a point you literally were a ray of light onto everyone around you. You have worked SO HARD, and most of all you STAYED CONSISTENT! You turned up, even when you didn’t feel like it, even if you had a bad day, a bad session, even if you were 10 minutes late to every class , you still came. You still showed up and You DID IT! Each PB, each goal you hit, each session you knew you smashed my favourite thing in the world was to see that smile on your face, and you being PROUD of yourself, just like we all are . This lady, had lost 10kg. Not overnight, no quick fixes, she worked hard, stayed consistent, and fell in love with the process but so much more importantly than losing that weight, I wish you could see how much happier she is as a person . 12.01.2022 We are so incredibly excited to introduce you all to our new wonder-women of a coach @jordyntaylaa here at MMF But first, please take the time to read a bit more about this beautiful lady and why we are so honoured to have her as a coach on our team. Hey babies!!! I’m Jordyn, a 20 year old die hard life enthusiast with a passion for helping those around me live their happiest, healthiest lives. I am currently a coach at F45 and am so excited to announce my upcom...ing journey coaching at MMF! For as long as I can remember I have been on my own health and fitness journey, from spending countless hours running, to trying CrossFit, to living for daily yoga, to struggling with disordered eating patterns, to conquering these patterns and falling back into them. I feel as though I’ve been through it all, not only have I experienced the highs and lows of training, but I have also been through the crests and troughs of the wave that is mental health and well-being. When I started studying Physiotherapy in 2019, I soon learnt that my path in life wasn’t to pursue a career I didn’t live and breath for and decided to take a leap of faith, begin studying what I love (my fitness qualifications) and CHOOSE the direction I wanted my life to go in. I landed my first coaching job working with INCREDIBLE men and women from all forms of life, and realised that helping others to find the best version of themselves, not only physically but more importantly mentally, was everything I wanted to do. I am about to embark on my journey studying naturopathy whilst I continue coaching and cannot wait to combine my own personal experience, knowledge of nutrition and medicine AND knowledge of biomechanics and functional movement Empowerment, education and releasing expectation are my three core values when it comes to working in this industry, and I OVER THE MOON to bring my personal shine to the MMF community. 10.01.2022 What training style is best for YOU? The most important thing when it comes to training, is adherence. What can you stay consistent with? What can you maintain? What kind of training do you enjoy? If you hate your training, it doesn’t necessarily matter how good the program is, because you won’t stick to it. You’ll find excuses, you won’t put in as much effort into your sessions and you will dread every moment of it. You’re pretty much just setting yourself up for failu...re. Yes, certainly different styles of training are more beneficial than others, but the MOST important thing when it comes to your training is consistency and being able to enjoy it. If you can stay consistent, you will get results. Find a training style you enjoy, a gym you enjoy and LOOK FORWARD to going to, whatever you know you can stick to. Trust the process! Worthwhile results do not come over night, and it takes a lot of hard work! So put in the work, trust the process, stay consistent and enjoy yourself in the meantime.

06.01.2022 6 things I’ve learnt in 6 years 1I’ve learnt that being skinny is not what makes you happy and no one loves you any more or less depending on your weight or clothing size. Happiness is 100% an inside job; work on the thing in between your ears. 2Self love IS NOT SELFISH and is the most important thing you can do for yourself. I believe exercise, a healthy, well balanced diet and lifestyle is a crucial part of self love and something I do daily, but it’s so important to... do this out of LOVE for yourself and NOT hate. Find a training style you LOVE, eat foods you LOVE & don’t deprive yourself. Say yes to things, but say no when it’s not right for you. Stop being a people pleaser, be stern about what is worth your time and energy and what’s not. 3The ONLY persons opinion that matters, is your own. Stay true to YOURSELF. Don’t let people tell you what you should look like, who you should be, or in anyway try tell you how to live your life. Whether it’s the way you dress, how you train, your career or which gender you like. 4Every single thing happens for a reason. Whether it’s a blessing or a lesson, don’t regret anything. Always look at the positives that comes out of any situation, no matter how small it may seem. Perspective is EVERYTHING & the difference between a life where you’re in control or one where you’re constantly a victim and powerless. 5DON’T EVER feel guilty for being a human being. It’s ok to cry, it’s ok to have a bad week, it’s ok to put on a few kg, it’s ok to fall off the bandwagon, it’s ok to feel lost. YOU’RE NOT a failure. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and come back stronger every time. 6Take time out for yourself often and listen to your gut. Be kinder to yourself, treat yourself like you would your best friend, give YOURSELF the same advice you would to a best friend. Pick up on when you speak harshly to yourself and always have your own back. This life is fucking incredible, but you only get one of them. Don’t spend a second of it at war with yourself or worrying what anyone else has to say about how you live it. As long as you’re happy, you’re working on being a better version of yourself & being kind to others, you’re on the right track and don’t let ANYONE convince you otherwise.

04.01.2022 When we think about fat loss or getting ‘leaner’, automatically we think okay, I need to start running or I need to start doing some more cardio. I’m here to tell you, this actually IS NOT your best tool for fat loss! Here’s what you should know about Weight Training - Weight Training helps BURN fat. By increasing your lean muscle mass, you will burn more calories throughout the day, as muscle requires MORE energy. You will improve your body composition; The concept of b...eing ‘lean’ is typically a physique with muscle underneath it & a lower body fat percentage- note that you need MUSCLE to have the apparent lean body! Running aint’ going to do that to you. Resistance training will help you sculpt & manipulate your body shape. You don’t naturally have a big bum? You CAN improve on this & CREATE this! You want to make your waist appear smaller? You can CREATE this by building muscle in your back & lower body to make a more profound hourglass figure . Let’s compare the two. Performing cardio, yes you can lose fat. Although if you solely focus on this, you will be losing muscle along with it. As you lose muscle, you will burn LESS calories therefor need to eat less & less to continue to drop bodyfat. Whereas resistance training you will increase muscle mass as well as drop bodyfat. It’s a win win! Secondly, your body is incredible at adapting, but even more so when you perform cardio. You must continue to perform more & more to continue to achieve results from cardio. Whereas Resistance training you’re continually progressing with your workout by increasing intensity with weights, without having to increase the time spent there. Thirdly, cardio can decrease your metabolism, especially as you lose muscle. Whereas, resistance training will increase. So you can eat more calories and continue to achieve your goals, helping support a healthy LIFESTYLE rather than endless hrs of cardio & minimal food. Lastly, endless amounts of cardio is not good for your joints, the constant repetition of a run can damage your ligaments & cartilage making you more susceptible for broken bones & osteoporosis.
