Our class is perfect for stretching out stiffness, improving postural endurance, strengthening and toning the body, and breaking up the work or school day. 19.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE We are still open and offering face-to-face or Telehealth physiotherapy services as usual. The health and safety of our clients is our number one priority. Unfortunately, group classes and independent gym use will be cancelled as of tomorrow, Thursday 9/7/20. 17.01.2022 We are all very proud of Vietnam Veteran John who was able to march at the Greensborough RSL on ANZAC Day. John has been working with Physiotherapist's Jeremy and Nicole to build his strength and endurance post lung surgery. Keep on working hard John!!

09.01.2022 Huge leap from young Tobey Potter - jumping the full 120cm box stack in yesterday’s Athletic Youth Development class. Tobey plays football for Diamond Creek and attends MPP weekly to improve his strength, power and conditioning. He also recently achieved his personal best results in his maximal squat, deadlift, bench press and pull up. Well done Tobias. Keep up the good work!

08.01.2022 Happy birthday to Ronnie Bell! Ron is a Vietnam veteran who recently underwent a total knee replacement and this week achieved one of his goals which was to be able to ride the exercise bike! Now he’s off there’s no stopping him. Even on his birthday he’s in the gym doing his rehab #noexcuses Well done Ron

05.01.2022 We are very excited to announce the guest appearance of Jono Sandler back at Mill Park Physiotherapy. Jono will be available for appointments from late June. Jono has been working as the head physiotherapist for the NZ Breakers in the NBL. He will be returning to that role for the resumption of the basketball season later in the year. Welcome back (although briefly), Jono!
