20.01.2022 Phillip Stokes Racing has one of the most exciting teams headed to Melbourne Racing Club on Saturday, headlined by Thousand Guineas favourite Instant Celebrity and Group 1 winner Mr Quickie. After three-successive wins in Adelaide, the #MillParkRaised Instant Celebrity will make her first Victorian appearance when stepping out in Saturday's Prelude. The unbeaten daughter of Not A Single Doubt rocketed into Guineas contention by storming home last start to win on the line at M...orphettville Racecourse, recording the fastest last 600-metre and last 200-metre sectionals of the meeting. Second-up and stepping out from 1100m to 1400m won't be a worry for the three-year-old according to Stokes, who says the query will be on how she handles her first trip away from home. "She's settled in really well, I couldn't be any happier with her, but Caulfield is a completely different track to Morphettville," he said. "That's why we ran her first-up in Adelaide and then brought her over for this run so she'll get a good look at the track before the Thousand Guineas, she'll definitely be better for the run. "She's more of a classic type than your usual Not A Single Doubt and might get out further in time." Prepared by Ciaron Maher Racing and David Eustace, the #MillParkRaised and Magic Millions sold Away Game was the top two-year-old filly of her generation, winning the Magic Millions 2YO Classic (RL, 1200m), the Percy Sykes Stakes (Gr 2, 1200m) and the Widden Stakes (Gr 3, 1100m) as well as finishing fourth in the Blue Diamo...nd Stakes (Gr 1, 1200m) and second in the Golden Slipper Stakes (Gr 1, 1200m).
