22.01.2022 Today I worked on decluttering, cleaning and organising a teenage bedroom. Said teen did a great job letting go of things, not much was owned in the way of possessions. All I needed to do was give the space a really deep clean, give all the special ornaments and artwork pride of place, put like with like, and order has been restored. The smile and Wow as this teen touched the clear desk and seeing the desk light was now working made my day! Imagine what I could do for you. Please feel free to like my post, page and share. Kat

19.01.2022 This space was part of a large combined Laundry, Mudroom and Plant Room. This room had been used as a kitchen while they were building and renovating. The lockers and cupboard were filled with all different types of items; from bags, shoes, scarves, hats, toiletries, gardening equipment and seeds, kitchen equipment, laundry products, candles to gift bags. The brief was to reclaim the four lockers to their original purpose - one for each member of the family for them to be a...ble to have their bags for work, school, shoes etc to and from the car. The last cupboard was for storing additional kitchen and laundry supplies, candles, cat food etc. As per previously my client was working, thus I was working independently organising items into like groups, taking photos and liasing with the client each afternoon as to where I was up to with the project. It was so exciting emptying one locker at a time, cleaning it out and grouping the random items together. The reward was putting back what actually belonged to the individual in their locker. Locker by locker it slowly took shape. To make better use of the space I suggested to the client that hooks on the inside of the locker door would be ideal to hang helmets and hats. In between the days I worked, the client did their own decluttering. Each return visit something was tweaked or a little different and the process would continue. I’ll never forget the look of glee and delight on Child 1’s face when I told her, her locker was done.

18.01.2022 If you love watching Space Invaders make sure you tune in on Saturday night at 6.30pm. I’m so hoping Channel 9 will realise the gem they have and run a second series.
