25.01.2022 6.9 mtr long boat trailer in for a full refurbishment and some realignment issues from a past accident

16.01.2022 Trailer all finished and reassembled Some major work done Had to readjust and realign the rear cradle cause it had a hit in the right hand side into a post that moved the cradle back 2 inches ... The owner wanted to lift the trailer up a bit for more ground clearance so we swapped the drop axles out for straight axles which gave it a 2 inch lift The brakes didn't work cause all the discs were rusted and falling apart and the calipers were seized and brake lines were all corroded and fittings were all corroded aswell So I fitted 4 brand new galvanised disc hubs 4 brand new galvanised calipers and a full stainless steel braided brake line kit The trailer also got a full set high tensile ubolts new shackle pins and bushes in the suspension 4 brand new mag wheels with tires And the whole trailer was stripped back and painted with black raptor liner
