23.01.2022 A fun introduction to croquet to try. Ricochet is a game in its own right.

23.01.2022 The proud parents interrupted play on court three this afternoon as they showed off their new family. Clearly they found plenty of nibblies for afternoon tea. Thanks to Julie Barry for the pic.

22.01.2022 A blast from The Advertiser Friday April 1, 1955. A non croquet friend passed on some pages to me as he noted this article. Some of the clubs have now closed. Millswood gets a mention with Mrs F. A. Bartle and her partner from Kensington Oval winner the A grade group at Broadview’s Gala Day. A referees training school was also to be conducted after the SACA Council Meeting.

21.01.2022 Congratulations to Millswood’s Julie Barry on her five wins to take out the Red division in the Norwood Club 14 point AC Tournament for handicaps of 16+. It proved to be a very successful innovation that attracted 12 entrants. Thanks to Jackie Goldsmith for photo.

19.01.2022 An on fire Ibrahim Farran did his first peg out ever today in the club competition. Congratulations Ibrahim and watch out for the handicapper.

17.01.2022 What a great idea. Good thinking, Warragul.

16.01.2022 Millswood’s Edward in action.

14.01.2022 Here is some clever lateral thinking. It looks like a lot of fun, Latrobe.

13.01.2022 AC State Div. 4 Singles finished today. Kim Millhouse (centre) from Millswood club successfully won all his games. On the left is Julian Hafner from Norwood club who was runner up and Roger Harris (right) North Adelaide club came in third position. Congratulations players. (Thanks to Dean Bennett for the picture.)

11.01.2022 For AC players- some bedside reading. The second draft of the seventh edition of AC laws is now available on the NZ and WCF websites.

08.01.2022 Congratulations Julie Barry on your very first peg out last week. May you celebrate many more.

07.01.2022 While there is no play allowed at the club there is plenty of action. Lawn 3 has had its first top dressing in an attempt to make it level. Looking promising.

07.01.2022 Congratulations to Judie Cox (from MIllswood Club) who won the Blue Section of the AC 14 point competition for handicaps 16+. Norwood organisers Joan Kelly and Mark Goldsmith are pictured with Judie.
