02.01.2022 Our jam makes a great marinade for Barbecued Chicken Thighs! Here's the recipe. Mirabelle and Rosemary Marinade 1 sprig of rosemary - chopped Juice of one lemon... 2 tablespoons of Olive oil 1 large clove garlic chopped 1 red chilli (optional) chopped 2 tablespoons of our Mirabelle Plum Jam Add salt and pepper - toss over chicken thighs and marinate for an hour. Sorry we didn't get the photo taken in time - it disappeared very quickly. See more
