17.01.2022 Balcony re-build that I completed today. As you can see the previous builder did not waterproof before he tiled, nor used any flashings. This resulted in expansive water damage and rotten timber. Here's some before,during and after shots !

16.01.2022 I'll start tonight with a before and after shot of the bathroom Reno that I posted earlier... Whilst it was tidy before hand it was very outdated with the old school bare timber vanity, Lino flooring and brass fittings and fixtures !! The end result speaks for it self :)

15.01.2022 Here's another ensuite I have renovated. As you can see it was very old and needed a birthday, along with serious waterproofing issues it needed to be done ! Here are the results !!! MBS the only way to go !!!

08.01.2022 Here's a deck I completed last year, we went for merbau decking boards with stainless wire balustrade. Adding the roof over the top it makes for a perfect entertaining area all year round !!!
