18.01.2022 Notice of 2020 AGM 7pm, Wednesday November 18th Venue *** Killara Reserve Clubhouse - Covid restrictions of 20 persons at a gathering (current as at 15.10.20) limit physical attendees. That will include 4 x 2020 Executive, Returning Officer Jon Marsh and 2 scrutineers (names TBC) at a minimum and therefore there are 13 seats available. Please email [email protected] by 1 November 2020 to advise of your plan to attend in person. (Note you will be advised if your r...equest to attend in person is approved based on Covid restrictions) Zoom video call will be opened up to those not able to physically attend. (Note only 2020 financial Members of the Club and Life Members are permitted to speak in the AGM and take part in any voting if required) Constitution / By-laws a copy is available and can be requested by emailing [email protected] 2021 Nomination forms General Committee (x 5) please lodge your application to be on the 2021 General Committee and contribute to the ongoing success of this great Club. Executive Committee (x 4) has been sent directly to 2020 General Committee Members. Committee (General & Executive) applications must be received by 5:00 pm 7 days prior to the AGM ie 11th November 2020 to Dave Harrigan (Secretary) on email [email protected] or call 0403 710 158 to make arrangements to meet. Team Officials 2020 Team Officials, thanks for your work and please advise if you want to continue the role in 2021. Expressions of interest are sought for 2021 positions. All training, support & guidance is provided. Membership applications become a financial member for 2021. $5 for returning Members and $10 for new Members. The date is firm however the physical number able to attend may change as Covid restrictions at the time will dictate. Zoom invites will be sent out to those that express interest.
