25.01.2022 I am the secretary of a small strata block In Avalon Beach, and Milo has worked for us here in the building on two previous occasions. He is the first person t...o call with any waterproofing/tiling issues. He has just completed work on upgrading the waterproof membrane on two floors, and we can again complement him on his professional knowledge; he can provide the solution to any waterproofing problems, and his courtesy in taking time to explain how he will deal with the issue is much appreciated. 10.01.2022 Here is another part to our business called Taping/Tanking. Sealing the concrete slab and brick wall junction which at some point about a meter below ground level. We do his by installing a flexible PVC flashing into the concrete slab, chasing a plasticized stainless steel profile into the brick walls just above ground level and heat weld a flexible PVC sheet membrane to it. By this, we will stop any water/moisture sipping through into your home.
