This was an extremely difficult decision for us to make, which has been made easier by your wonderful messages. We are doing our best to get back to all of your enquiries, so please be patient with us while we get through them all. ... 17.01.2022 We have been receiving a lot of queries regarding the status of Milton Food & Wine Festival during the COVID-19 pandemic and we wanted to touch base to keep you in the loop. Milton Food & Wine Festival will still be going ahead as planned, however, we will ensure to implement the appropriate COVID safety restrictions to keep everyone safe. Due to the ever-changing nature of the situation, our COVID Safe plan will be released closer to the event date to avoid any confusion or ...changes in restrictions. We will provide this plan via email, our website and social media platforms. We are keeping a close eye on the situation around the nation and will work closely with the appropriate authorities and the local council to implement and regulate all COVID restrictions leading up to and on the event day. Your safety is our highest priority. In the event that the festival cannot go ahead as planned, we will have a reschedule date ready to go with all tickets valid for the new event date. 12.01.2022 MILTON FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL UPDATE We are extremely saddened to announce that due to the mandated directives from the NSW Government we have been advised to reschedule Milton Food & Wine Festival. We have worked with all authorities to select a date that all feel will provide us with enough time to confidently proceed with the event.... The festival has been rescheduled at Milton Showground for the 27th March, 2021 and all tickets purchased will be valid for the new event date. Milton Food & Wine Festival will still have all of your favourite features including talented live musicians, local food and beverage vendors, family activities and more. Given this is our inaugural festival we want to make sure we deliver you an incredible event as we had planned, however, due to the restrictions that are currently in place we dont feel this would be the case. We would have to structure the event in a way that will not provide our customers with the environment we intended to deliver. This has been an extremely tough decision for us to make and we hope we can have a drink with you all in March once we are past these unprecedented times. Now more than ever we need your support to ensure live events continue and to make sure we continue to support our local business at the south coast.
