For the bikkies:... Mix 2 cups buckwheat flour, 2 cups almond meal, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp cardamom, 3/4 cup maple syrup, and 1/2 cup olive oil. Roll mixture into balls and place on a baking tray.
