18.01.2022 Flashback to when it started to get real . 4 years ago @coffs harbour champs. Campbelltown Hobbies , who knew back then Michael Paul and you guys would be a huge part of our racing now . Looking forward to be able to travel to races again soon.....

16.01.2022 Awesome Christmas Bash at Valley Raceway here on the Sunshine Coast. Plenty of drivers for the evening / night race . With temps in the mid 30’s and cooling down after the sun went down made for an Epic surface under lights . Troys 1st time properly running 1/8 nitro. ... ( The pitman has a lot to learn ) he qualified 4th in the B mains but after getting the feel for the car drove well to take out the B main which bumped him up to the A’s . Starting out of 9th with some big names ahead of him and never driven a 30 min final before saw him settle into a grove quiet early and even with a tyre letting go in the 25th min still managed to limp around the last 5 min and finish in 8th Looking forward to getting some testing in over the Chrissy break and hitting 2021 hard . Big shout out to Bruce Nitschke Alex Bernadzik and Matthew Parsey for help and advice. And to Campbelltown Hobbies for the ongoing support .

16.01.2022 A stormy forecast here in QLD saw us travel to Pine Hills for the J concept Friday night series . I ran my stock B74 against the guys in mods and was happy with my driving with a 5th and 7th in the final . Troy had his 1st crack at 1/8 Nitro and had an absolute blast chasing the likes of Alex Bernadzik, Zac Ryan , Jackson Beale and Jak Parsey around for (what felt like forever after 1/10 ) in the 20 min final. Car was great and ran faultless (thanks Steve Lewis for the ...tuning and Karl Schmidt for the buggy nearly 2 years ago. ) only lapses in concentration saw him drop to 6th after holding 5th for a while. Looking forward to getting amongst it again soon. #somuchtolearn #CampbelltownHobbies

15.01.2022 Another Friday night race at the J concept series @pinehillsoffroad Awesome warm evening . Track looking mint too . 1/8 nitro buggy and 1/10 4wd this evening.

10.01.2022 Ran a few good tanks through this afternoon at our local track @valleyraceway Troy’s getting the hang of the different driving style of the nitro . Cars awesome and I’m getting used to the tuning and pitman life . A slow mow for a Friday arvo... . Excuse the weeds , working bee this Sunday to tidy it up. See more
