21.01.2022 People generally sit around the campfire and have a beer when they meet their camping neighbours not me! Luigi was pulling his gloves on as I was heading out the door to do some boxing so we ended up doing an hour long training session. He even stretched with me at the end! Best neighbours yet This was at a great little free camp about 10km out of Charleville in Outback QLD

20.01.2022 Here a fun little circuit workout for you! Step 1. Cover yourself with mozzie repellent if you’re outside! (This one is so good - smells nice and keeps the bugs away! http://www.aussiedestinationsunknown.com.au/insect-repelle/) Step 2. Grab a slam ball (this was 9kilo), exercise mat and an ab roller. (There are body weight (BW) options if you don’t have equipment) ... Round 1. 10 x med ball slams (BW- 10 jump squats) 10 x overhead press (BW-10 pike push-ups) 10 x weighted squats (BW-10 low pulse squats) REPEAT Round 2. 8 x ab rolls ( 8 x reverse curls) 10 x mountain climbers 10 x oblique mountain climbers REPEAT Round 3. 8 x burpees 2 x plank drop right 2 x plank drop left REPEAT Repeat entire circuit once or twice. I followed it up with an ab workout and stretching
