I’m supporting some ladies in my business to some massive goals over the next three months and I want to make sure I’m also pouring into my cup so it’s overflowing for them. 14.01.2022 Saturday nights party beverage was alcohol free for me. I had it in a champagne glass and it was sparkly and delicious (apple & pear ) with zero hangover I haven’t craved an alcohol replacement all month which surprised me as I used to drink red wine all of the time, after lockdown it became every evening so I didn’t think water and tea would cut it, but they did. Saturday was fun having something different. I started sober September as a detox and thinking I was qu...itting something but I have actually gained way more than iv quit, and now it’s not even quit, it’s just choosing not to. My anxiety has lifted, I feel happier, more focused, sleeps improved, clear head, no hangovers, less bloated, brighter skin, feel healthier, more energy, feel more present with the kids and way less stressed. Plus saved money You don’t need to have a problem, hit rock bottom or identify as an alcoholic to decide not to drink or to cut back. I’m not anti drinking either, I’m just pro do whatever you want and don’t care what people think. I have always been this way, done my own thing no matter what others are doing and I want to share incase anyone feels stuck. If you need help, advice or feel lost ask for help, my inbox is always open and judgment free. Alcohol is a subject so many are too frightened to discuss in fear of judgement or feel if they don’t drink they’ll be classed as boring.
