17.01.2022 This Friday well return to the Night Market at Carriageworks. This seasons theme is Cooking with Fire. Well be roasting our very own whole lambs over coals and serving the tender meat on a platter with slaw and pickles.

14.01.2022 This Saturday CARRIAGEWORKS FARMERS MARKET will feature demonstrations from Mimosa Valley Lambs very own butcher Jason Reid. The demos will take place at 9.30am, 10.30am and 11.30am and will include how to butterfly a lamb leg, boning out a lamb loin and examples of the different cuts that can be made from one piece of lamb. Jason will give an insight into butchery and also answer any questions market goers have about the challenges of a true paddock to plate operation.
