25.01.2022 Weve been having fun fixing someones mistake on this one!... This is why you should always check to make sure waterproofing and drainage are installed correctly before backfilling and damproof course is put under/around timbers. House is only ten years old, costs a lot more to rectify than to do it right first time!

Tasmanian born and bred, its only natural that he welcomed the idea of starting his business locally - right here in the North of the State. With his third year as a business owner fast approaching, we decided to ask why he does what he does. "The building industry is one that offers so much diversity, no day is ever really the... same so it doesnt become boring, like an office job would (for an active, hands-on character). The fact you can physically see progress at the end of a days work is hugely rewarding, it shows time and effort well spent - generally! The opportunity to be yourself on site and have a laugh with the boys keeps spirits high, even if its a tough day theres always something happening to create a good environment." Steve has a few business goals on the cards, but ultimately ensuring that he delivers a quality product to each of his clients is the main focus.
