24.01.2022 Empathy is something that comes up a lot in sessions with people. Empathy is about understanding and responding to the needs of others without putting your own needs and opinions aside in the process.

24.01.2022 Many of us are find it difficult to sit with feelings we judge as 'bad' or 'negative', I totally get it! It's really hard sometimes, we wish for a quick fix or a magic pill. In sessions people have experienced the shift that occurs when we are just present with our feelings, where we hold a space with loving curiosity for whatever arises, without judgement. To become liberated from emotions and thoughts you perceive as negative, you must first befriend them #mindfulness
