I’ve been practicing their 7 complete the stress cycle strategies since we recorded the podcast and I must say: Total game changer! We can use the same method to bring about feelings of calm, safety and relaxation. Imagining that I am lying in a hammock, on a beautiful tropical beach, listening to the waves, feeling the warmth of the setting sun, smelling the ocean spray and swinging gently between two palms trees transports me into a state of calm, relaxation and even sleep. Give it a try...
