21.01.2022 I confess to eating ‘man made food’ for the majority of my life & then.... I WOKE UP & had my AHA’ moment! & unfortunately took a cancer diagnosis to receive it. I now have an opportunity to deliver truth to other beautiful humans. ... Our food is making us sick! It is not a pill that will cure humans of chronic disease! It is a change in diet and lifestyle that will start to reverse this epidemic of chronic illness! If this sounds way too challenging to you to start eating ‘real food’ it’s ok, it’s not your fault, we have been brainwashed by food companies, outdated food pyramids and we are addicted. You CAN do it! Start small, take one ‘processed food’ from your diet at a time. I started my transformation from crap foods to whole foods by eliminating bread, pasta and sugar.
